In order to approach better eco-friendly action, ITRI collaborated with AGT company to polymerized PLA from corb fibers. They also applied crystalized manufacture technics to produce wear-resistant and heat resistant eco-friedly cutleries and cups. Exporting those products internationally through verified certification from the U.S. and European organization.

ITRI was planning to applied similar technologies to different natural material such as sugrance and cofee grounds. They expect to help Taiwan to move toward the trend of zero-plastic , and also taking more care on economic development and eco-friendly sustainability.
